The Lighing Center Ltd. protects your privacy. We will never sell or give any identifiable information about you to any third party without your approval. If you e-mail comments to us we may use them for editorial purposes or in promotional advertising and/or marketing materials. |
Payment Information |
Payment Information- Payment options. For your shopping convenience, The Lighting Center Ltd accepts American Express,VISA and MasterCard. Payment by check drawn on a US bank will also be accepted but orders will not be processed until the check clears. Usually ten days. |
Product Information |
Products displayed on the Site can be delivered only within the 48 states. Prices are valid and effective only in the United States. We have tried to accurately display the colors of our products on the Site. However, the colors you see will depend on your monitor and its settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate. |
Product availability |
Availability and delivery times vary from item to item. If the item is in stock at our warehouse it will generally be shipped within two business days. If not available an estimated delivery date will be provided via email. You may also contact us prior to placing your order to check availability and delivery times. |
Sales Tax |
Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to addresses in New York State. |
Order confirmation |
Order confirmation will come to you via e-mail within 20 minutes of placing your order. The order confirmation will include the date of order, items ordered, the bill to address, and the ship to address, and the order dollar total. |
How to order |
You may order any products from our online store by simply clicking on the item you want. You may be asked to select a color, finish or other options, and quantity, then click the "Buy Now" button. Only credit card orders can be taken online. We accept American Express, Visa & MasterCard. The order and payment information you provide will be sent electronically and processed immediately. You will receive an e-mail within 20 minutes confirming your order. Sorry, we can only accept online orders to be shipped within the U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico at this time. All credit cards must have a bill to address in the U.S. |

My browser won't connect when I click the CHECK OUT Button? |
Some browser versions and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers like the ones we use to process orders. If for any reason you cannot access the secure server, please feel free to place your order with us by phone. Our Customer Service representatives will be happy to assist you. |

Returns and Exchanges |
Returns:
Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise subject to the following:
• Merchandise must be uninstalled and in new condition with all the original parts and instructions and in its’ original packaging.
• Credit will be issued less restocking fees and return freight charges charged by the manufacturer. Restocking fees may be up to 50% of the sales price plus associated shipping costs.
• Original shipping costs will be deducted from the credit, including shipping costs not charged under our free shipping program.
• Special order merchandise as identified on our website or in a confirming email is not returnable.
• Any item modified by us or you is not returnable.
• Large quantities of items, including stock items may not be returnable. On lamps and fixtures any quantity over 4 will be considered large.
• Any item packaged in clamshell (sealed plastic) packaging that is removed from that packaging is not returnable.
• Light bulbs and tubes are not returnable. |
Damaged Merchandise |
Do not accept delivery of obviously damaged merchandise. (E.g. box crushed, torn open etc.) Notify us by email or telephone promptly. We will replace the item once refusal is confirmed with the carrier.
For concealed damage, keep all original boxes and packaging materials and notify us promptly by email or telephone. We will give you instructions regarding notifying the carrier and returning the merchandise to use or sending you replacement parts. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. |
Lost Orders |
It doesn't happen often, but carriers such as UPS, truck lines and Parcel Post do lose orders. If you have placed an order and have not received it in a reasonable period, please call or email The Lighting Center Ltd.at once. |
